| 摘 要： | 科技系统政府网站是科技部门沟通公众与社会的窗口，其发展程度可反映科技电子政务的发展水平。本文通过分析科技系统政府网站的评价结果，探讨科技电子政务发展中存在的问题及其对策。科技电子政务的发展应制定统一的规划，推进科技信息资源共享工程，完善科技电子政务的服务功能，加强科技电子政务的决策支持能力。

| Abstract: | S&T government web site is the approach for S&T branch to communicate with community and society, and its developing degree can reflect the developing level of e-government. This article mainly discusses the problem existing in S&T e-government development by analyzing the result of evaluating S&T web site, and provides countermeasure and advice for developing S&T e-government. We should establish the uniform programming for developing S&T e-government, advance the sharing project of S&T information resources, consummate the service function of S&T e-government,and enhance the decision-making supporting ability of S&T e-government. |
