| 摘 要： | “以人为本”的科学发展观是我们党从新世纪、新阶段的新实际出发提出来的,这是建设中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。本文以“以人为本”的发展历程及实质为视角,从三方面即人与自然的谐和性、人与社会的公正性、人与人的相容性来分析实践“以人为本”的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China conform to the contemporary world and China's development and changes in trends,in determining the overall task of building a moderately prosperous society in this stage,the proposed people-centered scientific development concept is our practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics with guiding ideas.In this paper,through the sight of the developed path and reality in people-oriented,using the coordination between human and nature,human and social fairness,the inclusiveness of people to analyze the practice of three aspects such as people-oriented a valid path. |
