直流磁场对铁磁性材料摩擦副减磨作用的分析

摘    要:对比有无磁场条件下铁磁性材料摩擦副的摩擦学性能,发现直流磁场的存在显著改善了铁磁性材料摩擦副的摩擦学性能。其主要原因是磁场的存在使磨屑保持摩擦副之间,从而铁磁性材料摩擦副的两体摩擦转变为摩擦副、磨屑之间的三体摩擦;同时,磁场的存在提高了氧化磨损在磨损中的比例。

Abstract:In comprison to the tribological property of the ferromagnetic materials with magnetic field or without,this paper finds that the tribological property of the ferromagnetic materials is improved in D-Cmagnetic field condition.The main causes are that magnetic field has some of wear particles interfere with tribological couples so that direct contact between tribological couple without magnetic field converts three bodies wear of tribological couple and wear particles;At the same time magnetic field increase...
