| 摘 要： | 读者工作是图书馆一切工作的出发点和归宿。而科研工作是图书馆工作的重要组成部分，是提升读者工作的重要途径。文章在分析了高校图书馆开展科研工作有利条件的基础上，提出了加强科研工作的几项措施。
