| 摘 要： | 惩治和预防渎职侵权犯罪一直是当前国家和人民群众十分重视、关注的重要话题。在检察工作中．渎职侵权犯罪案件的发现、查处受到主客观等多种因素的制约，是当前迫切需要解决的难点所在。对此．渎职侵权检察部门应认真反思造成这种困难的原因所在，积极采取与之相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The punishment and prevention of crimes of misconduct and tort is an important topic our country and people have always focused on.In the prosecuting work,the finding,investigation and punishment of this kind of crimes are restricted by many subjective and objective factors.It is the difficulty which needs to be solved urgently at present.Therefore,misconduct and tort prosecuting department should carefully self-exam what the reasons engender these difficulties are and carry out countermeasures actively. |
