| Abstract: | In the 21 century,information technology has permeated every aspect of education and the teachers' authoritative position has also changed,so it is necessary to readjust the teachers' roles. The adjustment mainly includes their views,ability and methods by reinforcing courses of normal education,setting up complete teacher training and carrying out life long education and so on. |
