摘    要:21世纪信息技术渗透到教育的各个方面,教师权威地位发生变化,重塑教师角色已成为必然.21世纪教师角色的重塑应以观念、能力、方法为主要内容,并通过改革师范教育的课程体系,建立完善的师资培训体系和实施终身教育等途径实现.

Abstract:In the 21 century,information technology has permeated every aspect of education and the teachers' authoritative position has also changed,so it is necessary to readjust the teachers' roles. The adjustment mainly includes their views,ability and methods by reinforcing courses of normal education,setting up complete teacher training and carrying out life long education and so on.
