| 摘 要： | 在分析流域水资源存在的紧缺状况和供需矛盾基础上，根据黄河需水对象分析和河流生态系统水安全配置的要求，计算了黄河下游河南、山东河段及河口地区生态用水的低限保证指标，并提出了实现生态水配置优化的措施建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of lacking and the supply and demand contradiction of the reachers' water resource,this paper calcuated the low bound index of ecological needed water in the river reach of Henan and Shandong provinces and in the estuary area,according to the analysis of object demanding water and the water safety of river ecosystem.In the end,the paper put forward some suggestion on the optimization distribution of ecological water. |
