| Abstract: | Developing higher education of local place plays an important role to construct comfortable society.It must be emphasized to suit the local economic GDP.The strategy on developmental ordinary higher education and higher vocational education of local place in the comfortable society at the same time makes for development by strides on ordinary higher educa-tion and higher vocational education of local place in comfortable society at the same time. |
