高职院校思想政治教育中人文关怀的路径研究

人文关怀在高职院校发展中具有重要意义。当前高职院校思想政治教育中人文关怀还存在一些问题。究其原因,既有时代转型的挑战,又有思想政治教育工作主客观方面的原因。分析了高职院校思想政治教育人文关怀存在的问题,阐述了提升高职院校思想政治教育中人文关怀的路径。

Research on the Path of Humanistic Care in Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Humanistic care is of great significance in the development of higher vocational colleges.At present,there are still some problems in humanistic care in the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges.The reasons are both the challenges of the transformation of the times and the subjective and objective reasons for the ideological and political education work.The path to improve the humanistic care in the ideological and political education are as follows:setting up the people-oriented concept,improving the humanistic accomplishment of educators,implementing diversified education,innovating the carrier and approach of education,and playing the role of classroom as the main channel.
