| 摘 要： | 高职院校作为社会主义高等教育事业的重要人才培养摇篮,承担着对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要任务。从组织管理、教师队伍、教学手段、教学效果等方面,阐述了当前高职院校的思政课教现状,发现其影响因素并提出对策建议,以期更好推动高职院校思想政治理论课建设。
