| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高校图书馆人才流失现象的调查,分析了高校图书馆人才流失的原因,探讨了要树立引进人才的新机制,提供为留住人才施展才华的平台,并引入了人才租赁、学科馆员以及资格管理等新的管理理念,为图书馆人才建设提供了新的视角,希望能为图书馆事业的建设和发展提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The reason of talented person loss is analyzed by investigation of the phenomenon it.Some new person management mechanism are discussed,such as supplying effective work platform for person with ability,hire of person with ability,subject librarian,etc.The paper supplies a new angle of view for team constructing of the library.It also gives good consultation for building and development of the library. |
