| 摘 要： | 如何提供一种公平有效的计算方法对教师课程评分进行科学合理排序,对于教师课堂教学的公正评价具有重要意义。本模型利用概率统计、仿真、修正抛弃和分级加权打分的方法得到了较为理想的多目标优化模型,并运用MATLAB7.0编程计算得出对教师课堂教学质量的公正排序。

| Abstract: | How to provide a kind of fair and effective calculation method for course of grade point of teacher and carry on a science and reasonable row preface, it is important for the fair evaluation of teacher classroom teaching. This essay gets more ideal many-target excellence turn model through rate statistics, imiating and adding power to beat the thought of cent, besides, it also makes use of MATLAB7.0 weave to make programs and calculation respectively, and get justice rankings and remarks of teachers. Absolutely, we still pointed out the merits and shortcomings of the model and further improvement and expansion finally. |
