| 摘 要： | 高等教育消费，就是让大学生承担教育个人成本。我国高等教育要和世界接轨向大众化的方向转变，就必须让老百姓出资办高等教育。建立教育个人成本分担制的目的是为了刺激国人的教育消费。对于无力支付高额教育消费的困难生我国已经建立了一套强有力的资助措施，以保证这项重大改革的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Higher education expenditure means that university students are responsible for their own education expenses.To popularize higher education,individuals must pay for the cost of operating higher education.The purpose of having individuals pay their own education expenses is to stimulate consumption on education.A loan in aid system has been established to help those who can not afford their education expenses. |
