中学班主任心理健康的维护

班主任是一个班级的灵魂,班主任心理健康是学生心理健康的前提条件。但由于班主任在学校承担双重角色,他们的心理健康水平低于其他教师。提高班主任心理健康水平可采取如下措施:教育家长理解支持班主任工作;学校要减轻班主任的教学工作量、实行班主任轮换制、对班主任进行培训等;班主任要加强对自身心理健康的维护。

Protection for the Mental Health of Teachers in Charge of the Class in the Middle School

Teachers in charge of the class can be regarded as the soul of the class, and their mental health can be decisive to that of the students in the class. Compared with other teachers, the general level of their mental health is much lower. In order to improve the current conditions of teachers in charge of the class, the following measures can be taken: all the parents of the students are to understand and support their work; the school authority should relieve them of some of their teaching work, carry out the rotation of this duty, and organize regular training for them; and they themselves ought to heighten their awareness of self-protection of their mental health.
