| 摘 要： | 高校秘书人员的特殊角色和地位很容易导致他们产生心理失衡问题,而心理失衡问题的出现又会影响秘书人员的工作效率和自身能力的发挥,因而,对心理失衡的产生及其成因的分析,以及由此产生的失衡调节问题就成为了高校所应该解决的一个重要问题·
