| 摘 要： | 日益复杂的竞争和不确定的商业环境使中小企业融资难问题更显突出。微观金融技术的发展与运用为中小企业的融资创新提供了独树一帜的解决方案；而宏观融资环境(制度)的创新则对提高中小企业的融资能力具有重要甚至决定性的意义。

| Abstract: | With the exaltation of financial market degree and the development of globalization of economy,SMEs(small-and-medium-sized enterprises)are facing increasingly complicated financing conditions. Financing innovation must be their final choice. The development and the application of financial engineering have been indicating the concrete direction of financing modes innovation for SMEs from micro level, and in a sense, the final solution to SMEs' financing difficulties lies in the innovation of the whole financing system from macro level. |
