特征构件疲劳裂纹扩展试验研究

摘    要:由于高强度钢在疲劳断裂过程中很难产生辉纹,给裂纹扩展的研究带来一定的困难。本文在对接焊平板的疲劳断裂试验中,采用降载勾线法制造出"海滩状花纹",借此对裂纹扩展过程中裂纹前缘形状和裂纹扩展速率进行分析,并与Newman-Raju公式的计算结果进行比较。

Abstract:It is difficult for high strength steel to produce fatigue striations in the fracture process of fatigue,which brings difficulty for the analysis of the appearance of the crack growth and fracture mouth analysis.A marking technique,in which the slightly smaller load was exerted on the specimens to produce the beachmark,was adopted in the process of fatigue test.The mark was used to define the appearance and the velocity of crack growth.The result of measurement was compared with the calculating result using Newman-Raju equation.
