In the sense of ecology,students are sensible central genes of classroom ecosystem.Their needs are necessary one in classroom ecosystem chains.In the view of manage,classroom is a community which built by students and teachers.So,to care for students' needs will manifest respects to students,also reflect educational value of classroom manage.By psychology tropism of Choice Theory,there are many students' classroom needs,for example,to build favorable classroom living environment,to set up well classroom interpersonal relations,to regard individual diversity,to juxtapose free choice right and responsibility,and to develop classroom plays.
