论法学教育中宪法事例教学的原理及其应用

摘    要:宪法事例教学方法目前已经在我国宪法教育中得到了普遍的应用,但是相关的理论争议仍然没有结束.从法理内涵上看,宪法事例应该包括宪法案例、存疑案例与涉宪事例.宪法事例教学的步骤主要包括寻找宪法事例、寻找宪法规范并进行规范分析、对宪法事例进行价值评价等三个阶段.

Abstract:Constitutional example has been applied in constitutional-teaching widely, but the teachlng-method of constitutional example has been under dispute. Theoretically speaking, the constitutional example consists of constitutional case, constitutional instance and doubtful ease of Constitution. The process of constitutional-teaching comprises three phases, which are choosing constitutional example, choosing constitutional rules, and appraising the example according to the constitutional rules.
