| 摘 要： | 成功的交际除了依靠良好的语言结构知识外,还依靠有关的文化知识,也就是说,学习外语的同时必须学习与目的语有关的文化。近年来,随着改革开放步伐的加快,对外交往日益频繁,国与国之间的交流也越来越广泛,跨文化教育在英语教学中的作用已经受到普遍关注。文章从提高大学生英语应用能力出发,具体论述跨文化教育的必要性、跨文化教育的原则和跨文化交际能力培养路径等问题。
