摘    要:幼儿教师继续教育的状况影响着幼儿教师的专业发展水平和幼儿园教育教学质量。因此,对我国基础教育起到重要的影响。目前我国幼儿教师继续教育中仍存在诸多问题,通过福建省幼儿教师继续教育调研工作,旨在了解当前幼儿教师继续教育的现状,发现其问题所在,并在此基础上提出相应的改革、完善建议。

Abstract:Further education of preschool teacher influences their specialty level and the teaching quality in the kindergarten and plays an important impact on the elementary education.However,at present,here are still many problems on the further education of preschool teachers.Taking preschool teacher's further education in Fujian province as example,this paper analyzes the current situation of preschool teachers' further education and finds out the main problems about it,and based on which puts forward the corresponding proposal to improve and perfect them.
