| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对河南省中青年公务员的健身意识和身体健康现状进行了初步调查,获取了他们在进行体育活动的时间、场所、项目、目的及身体健康状况的原始数据,并在此基础上进一步分析研究,针对存在问题,提出相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This article carried on the preliminary survey on the midlife and young official's self-fitness movement and health condition in Henan through the methods of cocumentary searching,questionnaire and symbolic statistic etc.And iobtained the origial data of their sports time,location,item,purpose and their circadian enginery.After further analysis and research based on the data,I put out some countermeasures and suggestions. |
