工效挂钩分配中效益影响因素分析

摘    要:工效挂钩分配办法是目前国有企业中国家同企业之间进行分配的一种办法。实施这种分配办法一方面调动了企业和职工的积极性,推动了企业的发展,另一方面也还存在一定的不合理因素,需要进一步完善。其原因主要是影响企业经济效益的因素当中,一部分是企业自身因素,一部分是企业以外不可抗拒的外力因素。因此,在实施工效挂钩分配办法时就要剔除外力因素,只能以企业自身因素来决定工效挂钩,否则就是不科学的。

Abstract:The way of work effect hook distribution is a kind of distribution ways between state-owned enterprises and the national same enterprises in the present. On the one hand, this kind of distribution way mean to transfer enterprises and staff's enthusiasm, impel enterprise's development; on the other hand, also had the certain unreasonable factors, need further to consummate. One part is the enterprise own factor; another part is the irresistible factor outside the enterprise in the enterprises economic efficiency on the main reasons, Therefore, must reject the external force factor in the work effect hook distribution, only can decide the work effect hook by the enterprise own factors, otherwise is unscientific.
