The each training class is morn stress on the combine of physical fitness cxercise and special skill exercise, the select of training content in the fitness exercise and special skill exercise is mure stress on the specialty. Especially, the special skill exercise displays these characters of under control, psychology guide and actual effect, and also the combine training of physical fitness exercise and spe, cial skill exercise displays the character of high load intensity.
