| 摘 要： | 2002年修改后的日本《学校教育法》不仅确立了大学的第三方评价制度,而且对现行日本大学制度的改革做了新的规定。这些政策性的变化对日本高等教育产生了重大影响。为了更清晰地理解日本目前的大学评价政策,本文对《学校教育法》修正案通过之前的大学评价政策形成过程进行了回顾与思考。
