企业长期利益最大化和履行社会责任最优水平分析

分析企业履行社会责任对企业长期利润的影响,企业如何实现最优的企业社会责任水平。在长期内,企业履行社会责任能提高企业综合竞争力,不履行社会责任使企业丧失竞争力,通过分析认为,如果企业社会责任对企业短期利润是较小的负面影响;企业不履行社会责任使企业丧失竞争力对企业利润的不利影响更高;企业履行社会责任使具有竞争力的企业向丧失竞争力状态转化的转化率更低,企业履行社会责任使缺乏竞争力的企业向具有竞争力的企业转化的转化率更高。上述情况将提高企业履行社会责任的最优水平。

Analysis on Maximization of Long-term Profits and Optimal Level of Corporate Social Responsibility

This paper analyzes the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)on long term profit,and how enterprises implement optimal level of CSR.Enterprises which fulfill CSR will uphold competitiveness;otherwise enterprises will lose competitiveness in long-term.The impact of CSR on short-term profits is less negative and the fall in profits after loss competitiveness is higher because of not fulfilling CSR;the impact of CSR on the transition rates between a state with competitiveness and a state with lacking competitiveness is lower or higher respectively.This situation will enhance the optimal level of CSR.
