基于“四环相扣”教学模式的数控加工技术课程改革

摘    要:数控加工技术是机械类专业的一门核心课程,其实践性要求很高。如何做好该课程的教学改革,是培养企业急需的数控加工高级技能人才的关键。数控加工技术课程改革以"四环相扣"教学模式的设计理念及其教改成果为基础,在课程教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、学习评价等方面探索并创建了全方位工学结合的有效途径,实现了校企合作共同培养数控加工高级技能型人才的目标。

Abstract:NC Processing Technology is a core course in the mechanical major,in which the practice is highlighted.How to reform the curriculum is the key to cultivate high-skilled talents in NC machining.Based on the design idea of "four locked rings" and teaching achievements,the effective way of combining learning with working is explored and established on the teaching goal,teaching content,teaching method and learning evaluation.Therefore,the goal of training high-skilled talents in NC machining through the cooperation between schools and enterprises has been achieved.
