| 摘 要： | 青岛基础教育在课程改革中迅速发展,取得很多骄人的成绩。但在课程改革常态化的时刻,如何突破发展的瓶颈,值得深入考量。以"低谷隆起"推进学校均衡化,以项目拉动实现教改常态化,以张扬个性塑造创造性的本土名师,都是实现基础教育大发展、大繁荣的基本路径。遵循教育规律,实现创新发展,是打造适应新一轮改革开放和城市发展需要的基础教育品牌所不可或缺的基本原则。

| Abstract: | Great development has been taking place in Qingdao basic education reform and some outstanding achievements have been reached thus far.However,it is worth considering further how to crack the bottleneck of development at this moment of regularization of curriculum reform.The main path to realize the rapid development and prosperity of basic education is to balance school resources by uplifting,to regularize the reform by pedagogical projects and to train local teachers by developing individuality.To follow the law of education and to carry on innovative development is the essential principle to make a new basic education brand adapting to the needs for the new-round reform and the city development. |
