邹鲁的普及教育思想探析

摘    要:1943年,邹鲁提出抗日战争胜利后中国应实行普及教育制度,设计出普及教育的程序,阐述了具体的办学方案,并从经费、设备和师资三个方面,论证了实行普及教育的可行性,提出了一些切实可行的措施。本文分析了邹鲁普及教育思想形成和演变过程,探讨了他普及教育思想的具体内容,得出他普及教育思想的创造性、超越性、矛盾性和脱离现实性的特点。

Abstract:In 1943,Zoulu put forward a proposal that China should practice the universal education system after the war against Japan,designed a procedure of universal education,elaborated a concrete project,illustrated the feasibility of conducting universal education from three aspects:the budget,equipments and teachers,and put forward some workable measures.The text analyzes the formation and development of Zoulu′s universal education thought,and the concrete contents.Finally,it discusses the characferistics of the thought:creativity,transcendence,contridiction and divorce from the veality.
