| 摘 要： | 运用调查法和文献研究方法，从成人高校开设选项体育课的必要性以及开设的可行性和实施时应注意的几个问题等几方面探讨了成人高校体育课教学中增设选项体育课的重要性．这对提高成人学员体育专项运动技术水平的提高和培养终身体育兴趣都有着积极的作用．

| Abstract: | On the basis of questionnaire investigation and documental research, this article discusses the mportance and feasibility of offering additional selechve courses of physical education in adult universities and looks into some aspects that should be paid attention to when the courses are offered. The author holds that offering selectiure coarses plays a significant role in improving adult students'sports sklis and devloping their interest in lifelong physical education. |
