摘    要:幼儿教师专业能力提升是幼儿教育内涵发展的根本,科学、实效的教师培训是教师专业成长的重要途径。本文通过调查研究培训现状,发现培训中存在的问题,了解教师的培训需求,从而为培训提供科学的数据依据,进一步完善了培训体系,探索出台幼儿教师培训课程标准。

Abstract:To enhance the professional competence of preschool teachers is the foundation of the connotative development of preschool education,while scientific and effective teacher training is an important way for teachers’professional growth.Through an investigate and study on the status of teacher training,the problems in the training are found,and the training needs of teachers is learned,so that scientific data is provided for the training,and the training system will be improved further and a curriculum standard for the training of preschool teachers will be formulated.
