| 摘 要： | 随着汽车行业的转型升级,车辆朝着电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化的方向迅速发展,各种新技术不断涌现,汽车行业对人才的需求从低端的操作工人逐步向高水平高素质人才转变,创新型人才的需求逐步增大,车辆工程学科研究生培养面临严峻挑战。本文分析了新形势下对车辆工程研究生培养的要求及当前车辆工程研究生培养所面临的问题,并结合当前实际情况,提出了改革车辆工程研究生培养的思路。

| Abstract: | With the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry, vehicles are developing rapidly in the direction of electrification, intelligence, networking and sharing, and various new technologies are emerging. The demand for talents in the automobile industry is gradually changing from low-end operators to high-level and high-quality talents. The demand for innovative talents is gradually increasing, and the training of graduate students in vehicle engineering is facing severe challenges. This paper analyzes the requirements for the training of vehicle engineering postgraduates under the new situation, and the problems faced by the current training of vehicle engineering postgraduates. Combined with the current actual situation, it puts forward the idea of reforming the training of vehicle engineering postgraduates. |
