摘    要:市直属特教学校作为区域内特殊教育中心 ,担负着指导下级特教学校的教育教学工作 ,代表该地区特殊教育发展的最高水平及今后的发展方向。调查发现 :各学校的学前特殊教育发展水平不一 ,师资力量较弱、专业不均衡等 ,有待于改进。

Abstract:As a special education centre in an area, the special school directly affiliated to city takes on the tasks to help the junior special schools with teaching work, and represents the highest level and developmental orientation of special education in this area. The research shows that the developing situations of the preschool special education in these schools are different. There are some problems such as weakness in teachers' quality and imbalance among developments of various specialities, which should be improved in future.
