| 摘 要： | 文章分析了国内外电子竞技运动发展现状与趋势.根据运动项目的特点,针对运动员的选材问题,提出电子竞技运动员所应具备的基本技能与心理的要求,为我国电子竞技运动员的选材标准提出参考性建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the development situation and trend of E-Sports at home and abroad.Based on the characteristic of E-Sports,it provides the primary skills and psycholosical requirements for a E-Sporter on the selection of sporters,and also offers some suggestions for the selection of E-Sporters. |
