亚级量运动负荷预测最大心率研究

摘    要:研究目的是建立一个较精确的最大心率预测回归模型.结论认为,小样本检验表明此预测方程能较精确预测最大心率,但还需要大样本量进一步验证其精确性.

Abstract:In order to establish a relatively accurate regressive model to predict maximal heart rate(HRmax),two groups participate in this research,including a test groups(groups1) of 100 people and a comparing groups(groups2) of 30 people.RPE in different exercise stage,heart rate and age are the independent variables of the mutiregressive equation.Result: HRmax =108.460 0.5103(RPE15)-0.6575(8HR) 0.6071(10HR)-0.2642(age in years),RPE15 corresponds to the 15th stage of Borg Scale.8HR and 10HR correspond to HR at the end of the 8th and 10th minute,respectiveily.This regressive equation remarkably promote the accuracy of predicting HRmax which increases 28% compared to the predicting equation of 220-age.Conclusion: small sample test demonstrates that this equation can accurately predicte HRmax,but it should be further demonstrated by large samples.
