| 摘 要： | 政府经济学是一门新兴的交叉学科,其显著的学科特色表现为将政治与经济融为一体,强调公共服务的有效供给,依据社会福利对国家的宏观经济政策进行价值判断,注重政府经济实践模式的比较分析。我们应当把握这些特色,并作为基本的分析原则贯彻于教学过程之中。
