| 摘 要： | 我国蹦床运动经过 3年多的起步发展 ,竞技水平提高很快。为了缩短与世界蹦床强国的距离 ,笔者认为 ,应将蹦床运动列为重点的扶植项目 ,促进普及与提高 ,注意科学选材 ,将身体条件好的运动员集中试训 ,以缩短训练周期 ,提高成材率

| Abstract: | In our Country trampoline has been trained for over three years and has been greatly improved.In order to find out its superiority and shorten the difference between advanted nations in trampoline and China the authrs think that trampoline should be put in an emphatic foster event so that it be an popularized and improved.We should pay attention to scientific selecting,put better players together to train, shorten training period and improve success rate. |
