| Abstract: | With the development of society, the demand of personnel is upgraded. Local colleges are confronted with various origins of students, serious job market situation, conflicts on value, outdated ideological education on students, low quality of ideological worker. To solve these problems and train personnel fit for the society, innovation, network and campus culture construction have to be highlighted. |
