| 摘 要： | 教育投资均衡评价只是教育投资评价体系中的一个部分。教育投资评价包括对社会、个人教育投资的评价。前者包括外部和内部两个方面,只有内部评价中的区域教育投资评价涉及教育投资均衡问题。教育投资均衡问题主要包括四个方面:一是各级教育之间的教育投资均衡性;二是不同地区之间的教育投资均衡性;三是城乡之间的教育投资均衡性;四是不同学校之间的教育投资均衡性。

| Abstract: | Investment balance evaluation in education is a part of investment evaluation system in education, which includes social and personal investment evaluation. The former can be divided into inner and the outer investment evaluation. Only the local investment evaluation that belongs to the inner evaluation relates to education investment balance. Education investment balance consists of four parts, including education investment balance in different levels, areas, and schools, and education investment balance between urban and rural areas. |
