历次保钓情况统计及钓鱼岛问题之我见

钓鱼岛问题是中日之间悬而未决的领土争议问题,近年来一直成为影响中日关系的重要因素。日本不断在钓鱼岛问题上制造事端,美国也在其中发挥着不可忽视的影响,保钓行动自1970年开始不断。作者搜集了历次保钓行动的资料,并对钓鱼岛问题从国际关系方面进行分析,认为钓鱼岛问题不仅关系到中日两国的国家利益,而且牵涉到两国的国民情绪、民族感情等方面的问题,因此中日两国必须在尊重历史和事实的基础上,从维护中日关系大局和长远发展的角度出发,通过务实、坦诚的谈判,使钓鱼岛问题最终得到和平的、创造性的解决。

Previous Statistics of the DiaoYu Islands and my Observation

Diaoyu Island issue is the unresolved issue of territorial disputes between China and Japan,which has been one important factor of Sino - Japan relations. Japan continues to create disturbances on the Diaoyu Islands issue, and America also plays an irresistible effect on it. At the same time, actions to protect the Diaoyu Islands have been going on since 1970. I have collected almost all the records of these actions since the year of 1970, and looked into this issue in the light of international relations. In my opinion, Diaoyu Island issue is not only related to the national interests of China and Japan, but also involves in the national mood, national feelings and other issues of the two countries. In this case, both China and Japan should do with the Diaoyu Island issue peacefully and creatively through pragmatic and frank negotiations, on the basis of respecting history and facts, from the perspective that to maintain the overall situation of Sino - Japanese relations and long - term development.
