| 摘 要： | 循环经济法的价值反映作为价值客体的循环经济法的存在、性质、活动与作为社会实践主体和价值主体的人的需要满足程度、目的实现程度相适应、相接近的状况.环境正义与经济效率、环境安全与经济自由相辅相成,共同构成了循环经济法的目的价值系统.循环经济法的目的价值研究,将促使人们审视和关注循环经济法的应然状态,有助于循环经济法的制定、完善与运行.

| Abstract: | The value of the circular economic law promulgates the situation that the existence,the nature and the activity of the law as the object of the value satisfy the needs and the goals of the people as the body of the value.The system of the goal values of the circular economic law consists of the environmental justice,the economic efficiency,the environmental security and the economic liberty.The research on the goal values of the circular economic law will guide people to pay attention to the primitive situation and help to the constitution,perfection and motion of the law. |
