治理、善治理论与党的执政变革

20世纪末,治理与善治理论的兴起引起了人类社会政治生活的重大变革,作为中国执政党的中国共产党在执政方式、执政理念、执政原则等方面都面临着一系列挑战。中国共产党要继续牢固地保持其执政地位,始终做到“三个代表”,就必须在治理与善治理论指导下进行变革,体现出合法、民主、法治、责任和分权的要求。

Governance Theory and Ruling Transformation of Political Party

In the end of the 20th century,the emergence of governance and good governance theory has caused significant transformation to the human social political life.The ruling way,the ruling idea,the ruling principle,etc.of the CPC as the ruling party of China are all facing a series of challenges.If the Communist Party of China wants to continue keeping its ruling status firmly and does a good job of "Three Represents" all the time,the requirements of legality,democracy,ruling by law,responsibility and fraction must be embodied under the direction of governance and good governance.
