As the general goal of interest rate reform in our country,the marketlization of interest rate,accompanied by the constant market orientation reform, has deepened gradually.To realize the marketlization of capital interest rate,not only responds the relationship between the money supply and the market demand sensitively,but also adjusts them and plays a role of the economic lever.Under the circumstance of keeping a low price,the condition of capital supply is higher than the demand,the natural resources have a surplus relatively,and the conscious of the bank risk has been enhanced,it's not easy to lead to the inflation when we lift the interests rate control over.It's the right time to carry out the marketlization of interest rate,and now the financial reform has been put into effect.
