校本教研制度:现状与趋势

摘    要:"校本教研"是伴随课程改革的推进而提出的一个重要概念和重要的教学制度。它适应了基础教育改革发展的时代需要,形成了与课程改革相适应的全新的教研方式,已经成为教师基本的学习方式和专业发展方式。校本教研是一个正在探索与发展的新事物,在校本教研经验中呈现出一些共同的规律性趋向,即校本教研将从非常态化活动向规范化教学制度转变;教师将从非自觉状态向自觉状态转变;校本教研的专业引领将由临时性措施向常规型机制转变;校本教研将由单一的以校为本向校本校研、学区教研、网络教研相结合的教研网络转变。

Abstract:"School-based teaching and research" is an important concept and teaching system with the pushing forward of curriculum reform. School-based teaching and research meets the era requirement of basic educational reform development, forming a bran-new teaching research mode suitable for curriculum reform. It has become teachers' basic way of learning and professional development. School-based teaching and research is a new thing that is in the course of exploration and development. In the experience of school-based teaching and research, it has presented some regular similarities. School-based teaching and research will change from un-normalization to standardization teaching system, teachers will change from the state of unconsciousness to consciousness. The professional guidance of school-based teaching and research will change from temporary measures to general mechanism. School-based teaching and research will change from the simple school-based to the teaching and research meshwork of integrating school, school district and internet.
