| 摘 要： | 针对合并型高校实验室工作运行状况和目前管理中存在的问题,提出实验室应完成3个方面的转型,即战略思想与管理理念的转型,管理体制与运行机制的转型,实验教学与人才培养模式的转型,并对转型的内涵、思路和方法进行了论述。
