| 摘 要： | 作为高校德育工作者 ,在新形势下 ,如何坚定自己的教育信念 ,如何处理好与受教育者之间的关系 ,是教育者应关注并要切实做好的事情。因为 ,教育者的职业道德与施教方式直接决定着教育的成败。在由人来塑造、培养人的过程中 ,唯有高素质的教师 ,才会有高质量的教育和高质量的人才。
