| 摘 要： | 氨基酸的分离纯化工艺利用氨基酸在不同PH值时电荷量不同的特性。文章就膜分离技术特点及超滤和纳滤膜技术的分离的原理,膜分离技术在氨基酸分离纯化中应用进展及目前存在的问题和应用前景做了综述。
