摘    要:分析了当前企业在市场营销策划中表现出的问题,认为在复杂多变、竞争激烈的市场营销环境下,企业应改革传统的营销理念,构建科学实战的营销组织框架,树立创新意识,提高新市场拓展能力,建立科学高效的营销网络,实施名牌战略,确立企业的竞争优势,从而赢得企业生存和发展的空间。

Abstract:In this paper the anthor analyses the current problems occurring in marketing planning and thinks that the complex, competitive keting marketing environment enterprises should reform the traditional mar- concepts, build a scientific and practical marketing organization framework, establish innovative con- sciousness, improve the ability in developing new markets, establish a scientific and efficient marketing net- work, implement brand strategies and establish the competitive advantages of enterprises in order to win survival and development space for enterprises.
