活动相互依赖视角下产业互联网平台的机会循环——基于积微物联公司的关键事件路径分析

在传统产业数字化背景下,产业互联网平台需要实现机会循环,以适应动荡环境、实现持续发展。通过关键事件路径分析方法,本文对典型产业互联网平台基于活动相互依赖结构实现机会循环过程进行了探索。本文有如下发现。活动承载了产业互联网平台与产业企业间的交互。它们通过相互依赖形成“接触”“承接”和“校准”等基本组件,共同支撑机会发现、机会创造及其相互转化。“校准”维系了产业互联网平台机会发现和机会创造,成为两种机会开发类型转化的纽带。产业互联网平台与企业基于共同目标的持续“校准”,维系了机会的快速涌现,支撑了机会循环。研究结论揭示了产业互联网平台基于活动相互依赖结构支撑机会循环的过程规律,填补了现有机会对“非预设多主体”机会循环过程研究的缺口,为产业互联网平台在传统产业数字化的业务发展提供了启发。

Interdependence of Activities and Transition of Opportunity Development

In the context of digitalization of traditional industries, industrial Internet platforms need to realize opportunity cycles in order to adapt to turbulent environments and achieve sustainable development. By analyzing typical industrial Internet platforms through the critical event path analysis method, this study explored the laws of the process of realizing the opportunity cycle in industrial Internet platforms based on the activity interdependence structure. This study has the following findings:(1) activities carry the interaction between industrial Internet platforms and industrial enterprises. They form the basic components of "contact", "undertaking" and "calibration" through interdependence, which jointly support opportunity discovery, opportunity creation and mutual transformation; (2) "Calibration" sustains the opportunity discovery and opportunity creation of industrial Internet platform, and becomes the link between two types of opportunity development and transformation. (3) The continuous "calibration" between the industrial Internet platform and enterprises based on common goals sustains the rapid emergence of opportunities and supports the opportunity cycle. In summary, this paper reveals the process law of the industrial Internet platform based on the activity interdependence structure to support the opportunity cycle, which fills the gap of the existing opportunity research on the "non-predetermined multi-subject" opportunity cycle process. At the same time, this study provides inspiration for the business development of industrial Internet platform in traditional industry digitalization.
