| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和访谈对货代企业和高职货代专业学生进行了货代英语需求分析,发现企业和学生对专业英语的需求都很旺盛.企业对员工货代英语口语和阅读能力的需求最高,其次是写、译和听的能力;学生对货代英语能力的需求排在首位的是阅读,其次是口语、听力、写作和翻译.该调查结果对货代专业英语教学有着重要启示:应加强听说教学,提高学生的专业英语口语水平;利用多媒体和互联网改进教学方法,增强专业英语教学的时效性和趣味性;同时还应加强货代专业英语师资队伍建设.
